Thank you so much, Starspillz. I really appreciate this opportunity to share my story.

Starspillz:
Let’s start with your journey. How did you get into music production?

Alexander Chukwuemeka (Xelaproductionz):
Music has always been something I loved from a young age. Over time, that passion grew into something bigger, and I started learning how to produce music. The journey hasn’t been easy at all. Being a music producer comes with many challenges limited resources, financial struggles, and sometimes not getting the recognition for the work you put in. But despite all those obstacles, I kept pushing because I truly believe in my craft and what I can offer to the music industry.

Starspillz:
What are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced as a producer?

Alexander Chukwuemeka (Xelaproductionz):
One of the biggest challenges is access to opportunities and the right connections. Sometimes you work really hard behind the scenes, but it takes time before people notice your work. Also, maintaining a studio, getting the right equipment, and supporting artists can be difficult. But every challenge has also helped me grow stronger and more determined.

Starspillz:
You mentioned earlier about a connection with Davido. Can you tell us about that?

Alexander Chukwuemeka (Xelaproductionz):
Yes, of course. Back in 2023, Davido posted about me on his Twitter page, appreciating me for allowing him to use my music studio. To be honest, I didn’t even consider it a big deal at the time. For me, it was just a simple gesture something small. I never imagined it would mean that much or have such an impact.

What was your reaction when you saw the tweet?

Alexander Chukwuemeka (Xelaproductionz):
At first, I was surprised. But what shocked me even more was the online reaction that followed. The attention, the engagement, and the conversations that came after that post made me realize how influential Davido truly is. That moment opened my eyes to how powerful his voice is not just in Nigeria’s entertainment industry, but globally.

Starspillz:
Did that experience change anything for you personally?

Alexander Chukwuemeka (Xelaproductionz):
Absolutely. That singular act taught me something very important: to always be appreciative of even the smallest favors people do for you. Sometimes the things we consider small can actually mean a lot to someone else. Seeing the way Davido acknowledged me publicly really humbled me and made me more conscious about gratitude.

Have you been able to reconnect with him since then?

Alexander Chukwuemeka (Xelaproductionz):
Unfortunately, no. I lost his contact, and since then I’ve made several efforts to reach him again through social media platforms, but none of them have worked out. I genuinely wish to reconnect with him someday because I believe that connection could positively affect my life and career.

First of all, I want to say thank you again. That tweet meant more than I think he even realizes. It changed my perspective and gave me motivation. I would really love the opportunity to reconnect with him again. And if he sees this, I hope he knows the door is always open.
