You’re fast becoming one of the most interesting creatives to watch. For those just meeting you, who is Milkosie?
Milkosie:
Thank you, that means a lot. My name is Iloh Immaculate Kosi, popularly known as Milkosie. I’m from Agulu in Anambra State, Nigeria. I’m a singer, actress, and fashion designer. I’ve always seen myself as a storyteller, no matter the medium music, film, or clothing.
Starspillz:
You’re preparing to drop your first-ever single. That’s a huge milestone. What has the journey been like behind the scenes?
Milkosie:
It’s been emotional and very intentional. I didn’t want to rush my first single. I spent months finding my sound, writing from a very honest place, and working on my vocals. This first song is my introduction to the world raw, real, and true to who I am.
Starspillz:
You’re juggling music, acting, and a clothing line. How do you manage it all?
Milkosie:
Planning and discipline. Each creative path feeds the other. Fashion fuels my visuals, acting sharpens my emotional expression, and music is where everything meets. I also listen to my body and allow myself to rest when needed.
Starspillz:
A lot of people have pointed out your striking resemblance to American rap icon Queen Latifah. How do you feel about that comparison?
Milkosie:
It’s very flattering. Queen Latifah is a symbol of strength and originality. While I’m focused on building my own identity, being compared to such an iconic woman reminds me to stay confident and unapologetic in my journey.

Your styling is always top-tier. Tell us about your hairstylist.
Milkosie:

What should fans expect from you as you officially enter the music scene?
Milkosie:
Authenticity and growth. This first single is just the beginning. I want my journey to inspire people to embrace all parts of themselves and chase their dreams fearlessly.
